The Lineup!
An Austrian sparking rosé pairs beautifully with blue cheese. The Sancerre is a Pinot Noir rosé that gorgeously represents the Sancerre region of France. It is a classic Provance-style rosé from the slopes of Aix, from the cellars of Bargemone. The Hamptons classic has nothing on the outstanding rosé from Wölffer Estate Summer in a Bottle, with its gorgeous bottle design that does not disappoint. We had to add one of our favorite summer red wines to complete the show. Domaine d’Ansignan Cotes Catalanes Les Grenadines, a blend of 42% Carignan/31% Grenache/15% Syrah/8% Pellut/3% Maccabeu. Domaine d’Ansignan Cotes Catalanes Les Grenadines, a blend of 42% Carignan / 31% Grenache / 15% Syrah / 8% Pellut / 3% Maccabeu. Wine made without added sulphites. Tasting notes: A light cherry color. Aromas of cherry, redcurrant, pomegranate juice, and small strawberries. Fresh and sapid on the palate, promising a delightful and refreshing taste.
