A collaboration between some of the great wine minds of South Africa and the United States– American head winemaker Zelma Long brings years of experience to some very old vines in soils that are some of the oldest on the planet. Wine-grower Phil Freese designed the first Opus One vineyards, while managing partner Mike Ratcliffe is a South African wine entrepreneur.
