Chardonnay is a green-skinned grape variety used in the production of white wine. The variety originated in the Burgundy wine region of eastern France, but is now grown wherever wine is produced, from England to New Zealand.

Each plot is vinified separately. This technique enables our wines to enhance the characteristics of the terroir where it’s from. We strive for a high purity in our wines, and a great balance between acidity and roundness.
COLOUR: Pale gold.
NOSE: Expressive, fresh and mineral, with
citrus notes.
PALATE: Fresh wine, well-structured, nice
fruity finish.
FOOD MATCHES: Seafood, oysters, fish,
goat and ewe cheese.
Serve at 50-55 F
