Deep red in color, our 2016 Earthquake Cabernet opens with ripe black fruit and cinnamon on the nose. Full bodied in texture with supple tannins, this wine is bursting with flavors of juicy blackberries, toasted marshmallow and chocolate mocha.
Ripe fruits of dark cherry, blackberry, plum and raspberry are complimented by the secondary notes of vanilla and mixed spices. The silky, satin like fruit profile, encompassed by lovely ripe tannins, cascades effortlessly through the palate.
