Light gold in color with abundant fine bubbles. It has an expressive bouquet of citrus, flowers and white fruits followed by rich flavors of ripe stone fruits and pastry.
Enticing aromas of blackberry, plum, and raspberry leap
from the glass with underlying notes of caramel, dark
chocolate, and rose petals. Fresh and vibrant flavors of
cherry, pomegranate, nutmeg, and vanilla are seamlessly
integrated with bright acidity, polished tannins, and a
long, velvety finish.
Reviews
A sleek, polished style, with cassis and plum notes driving through, carried by a graphite spine and backed by tobacco, briar and savory notes. Drink now.
Tasting Note: Deep purple in the glass with an amethyst rim. Plum, cherry, and blackberry fruit with cool black tea notes dominate the nose. A fruit-driven palate follows and is backed by pounded stones. This medium-bodied red has great minerality, moderate acidity and finishes with silken tannins. Can be drunk young or aged. A versatile wine.
Pairing: Steak, veal stew, grilled sausages, roasts, lamb and strong aged cheeses.
With an intense rubi colour, this wine presents itself with a great concentration in the nose. Extremely rich aroma with predominance of red ripe frutis and some floral notes, well integrated with notes of spices coming from the ageing in French and American aok barrels. In the mouth it shows great complexity with notes of…

Corvidae is the Latin name for the family of birds that includes the Crow, Raven, Jay and Magpie. These “dark” birds are everywhere in the vineyards of Eastern Washington. Their reputation as crafty, adaptable, and somewhat dubious characters is a fitting icon for our suspiciously terrific value wines from this region. The geology and climate…
Established in the 1920s, this family estate is a benchmark in Chinon, and currently run by the 3rd and 4th generations of the family. 80% of their production is sold in France to high-end restaurants (21 of the 26 Michelin 3-star restaurants!). Long-time favorite of ours and so glad to have them here.
Crisp, refreshing and aromatic, with a bouquet of citrus fruits, passion fruit, lychee and white flowers. Lively acidity, a hint of creaminess and a long, mineral finish add depth and balance to the palate.
